History of Ganabol

Ganabol or should I say Equipoise was created in the 1950s as an attempt to create a long-lasting injectable version of Dianabol.
Originally this drug was for use for cattle and horses, but due to its performance enhancing ability quickly became popular with humans.
During the 1960s and 1970s this steroid was used clinically under the brand name Parenabol, but by the end of the 1970s it was discontinued.
Nowadays it is only available for veterinary usage, but when has that ever stopped people from using and abusing it?

How does Ganabol work?

Unlike steroids like Dianabol that are taken orally, Ganabol is injected.
Once injected this steroid will interact and bond with your androgen receptors causing an increase in nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. This steroid can also stimulate the release of erythropoietin in your kidneys, which will help increase red blood cell production.
This steroid is mainly anabolic, with a low androgenic potency. It also lacks any progesterone receptor interaction and associated progestogenic side effects.

Benefits of Ganabol

There are many benefits you can experience through the use of steroids [1] and Ganabol is no different.
Some of the main benefits of this steroid include:
  • Increased muscle mass
  • Improved endurance and stamina
  • More lean muscle growth

Potential Side Effects of Ganabol

As with any steroid, using Ganabol is not without risk. Potential side effects of steroid use [2] include:
  • Acne
  • Gynecomastia (man boobs)
  • Oily skin
  • Greasy hair
  • Unnatural hair growth
  • More aggression or “roid rage
  • Larger appetite or no appetite at all
  • Damage to organs
  • Water retention
To reduce the risk of developing long term issues I would always recommend a course of PCT after your cycle.

Ganabol FAQs

Below are some questions we have received from our readers:

Ganabol Dosage & Cycle Information

The dosage and cycles will vary, typically people will start by injecting 50 mg daily for 2 weeks. This dosage will then increase to 100 mg for the next 2 weeks, then back to 50 mg daily for the last 2 weeks.
Typically a Ganabol cycle will last just 6 weeks.
When stacking, often it is stacked with Arimidex, which is an aromatase inhibitor, alongside testosterone.

Detection Times for Ganabol

Since this steroid has a long ester chain, typically it will take 6 weeks to leave your body.
However, it can take as long as 16-18 months before it has fully left, this is because it can become a type of long molecular lipid that can be stored in your fatty deposits, with a slow-release that is significant enough to be detected.

Is Ganabol Legal?

Steroids are not legal in many parts of the world, with many places including the UK and USA also being illegal for importing too.

Where to Buy Ganabol?

Steroids like Ganabol are not difficult to buy despite their legal status.
There will be numerous sources online to buy Ganabol, you probably know someone at your local gym that can help too.
The question you should be asking is whether you should buy this steroid or not?

Other Names for Ganabol

Ganabol has been known under a variety of different names, these include:
  • Boldenone
  • Equipoise
  • Parenabol
  • Boldebal H
  • Sybolin
  • Ultragain

List of Sport Stars who have used Ganabol

San Lazoro Solano of the Philadelphia Phillies had a 50-game suspension in 2011
UFC fighter Stephen Bonnar has tested positive for this drug
Jon Conway of the New York Red Bulls was suspended for 10 games in 2008

Would we recommend Ganabol?

There is little doubt that using Ganabol has its benefits, however it is clear that using anabolic steroids is not without risk.
There are ways to reduce these risks, but why should you take any risk at all? Especially when there are alternatives available.

Safe Alternative to Ganabol

D-Bal Bulking SupplementOur suggested alternative would be D-Bal, which is a safe and legal alternative to Dianabol.
As you know, Dianabol was the steroid that Ganabol was based off.
D-Bal is made from proven ingredients that include various BCAAs, Whey Protein Concentrate and Tribulus Terrestris.
Combined these ingredients have been shown to boost nitrogen retention, resulting in an increase in protein synthesis.
Other benefits you can experience include:
  • Strength and muscle gains
  • An increase in endurance, allowing you to workout for longer
  • Better nitrogen retention
  • Increased protein synthesis
  • Extra blood flow, resulting in extra oxygen being sent to your muscles

Depression

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. Some forms of depression are slightly different, or they may develop under unique circumstances, such as: Persistent depressive disorder (also called dysthymia) is a depressed mood that lasts for at least two years. A person diagnosed with persistent depressive disorder may have episodes of major depression along with periods of less severe symptoms, but symptoms must last for two years to be considered persistent depressive disorder. Perinatal depression is much more serious than the “baby blues” (relatively mild depressive and anxiety symptoms that typically clear within two weeks after delivery) that many women experience after giv...
